All orders are sent via Australia Post's International Express Service (ECI), parcels are handled by New Zealand Post once they arrive in NZ.

All our shipments require a signature on delivery, we do this to ensure your parcel is delivered safely.

If no one is at home to sign for the delivery, it will be redirected to an NZ Post parcel pick-up point.
