When will I get my wipers?

• Orders received before 12pm NZST on business days will be dispatched on the same day.
• Regular FREE shipping: 2-4 business days.

Where are my wipers shipped from?

• Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

• Shortly after dispatching your order we’ll send you an email with a tracking number where you’ll be able to view detailed shipping updates.

When will my wipers be shipped?

• Our warehouse team are the best in the biz, generally, all orders received before 12pm NZST will be dispatched on the same day.
• We occasionally experience minor delays during periods of high volume such as Black Friday and EOFY.

Can I pick them up?

• Currently, we do not offer customer pick-up. However, we offer free and fast shipping all over New Zealand. This includes rural, residential and workplace addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

• At the moment we ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you're an Aussie, please visit our Australian store here.

How will my wipers be sent?

• We use special custom packaging designed specifically to fit and protect wiper blades. Rest assured knowing they’ll be in tip-top condition when they arrive.
• All NZ orders are sent via NZ Post.
